We always compliment ourselves by saying women are great at multi-tasking, which is true, but we are also really good at “multi-masking.”  Due to traumatic pasts, unforgiveness, insecurities, or abuse we learn to hide our true selves and emotions behind the masks we wear.  Some of the masks we wear are Shame, Anger, Perfection, or Saint/Martyr/Victim masks.

In this talk we will learn about some of the masks we might wear, what they look like, and discuss how to remove them.

This talk will include an interactive workshop.
